Job Description Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time Behavioral Transformations | East of Dallas, TX In-Clinic and In-Home Behavioral Transformations is a leading provider of therapy services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. With rapid growth fueled by our clinically driven model and strong collaboration with parents and educators, we are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Job Summary: Under the direction of a Clinical Director or BCBA, the Behavior Technician implements individualized ABA programs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are provided in homes, clinics, schools, and community settings . You will work closely with a supportive team and be equipped with training and tools to help each client succeed. Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized instructional programs (e.g., Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior, Social Skills, Behavior Intervention Plans) Prepare therapy materials and support clients in transitioning between settings Accurately collect and record daily behavior and skill acquisition data Communicate progress and updates to the clinical team Follow all behavior protocols and uphold client confidentiality Collaborate with teachers and caregivers as needed Attend staff meetings and training sessions Required Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check Completion of training in autism interventions, behavior techniques, and data collection Reliable transportation and the ability to work in multiple locations Ability to perform physical duties (kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 20 lbs, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Catalyst data collection software Knowledge of child development and basic ABA principles Skills & Knowledge: Familiarity with curriculum modifications and accommodations Understanding of child development and instructional methods Effective verbal and written communication Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Knowledge of BACB ethical guidelines Why Work With Us?
