Are you a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a fulfilling part-time role supporting families in the Lake Zurich and Carpentersville areas? Join our team and make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.



🌟 Position Details





  • Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)




  • Setting: In-Home




  • Locations: Lake Zurich, IL and Carpentersville, IL (must be willing to travel between both locations)




  • Compensation: $20-$24



📅 Initial Schedule (18 Hours/Week)



This schedule is set to start, with potential for more hours and schedule growth as the caseload expands.




Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Monday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday
Wednesday: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Total Weekly Hours: | 18 |



🔑 Responsibilities



As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans designed to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.




  • Directly implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as designed by the BCBA.



  • Collect accurate and reliable data on client progress.



  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.



  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the BCBA, client's family, and team members.



  • Attend required supervision and team meetings.



✅ Qualifications




  • Must hold a current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).



  • Prior experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.



  • Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel between Lake Zurich and Carpentersville.



  • Punctuality, excellent time management, and professional demeanor are essential.



  • High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred).
