Job Description Job Summary The BT/RBT works directly with children on their caseload providing intervention using the principles of ABA therapy under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position includes the implementation of a treatment plan developed by the BCBA addressing communication, behavior, feeding, life skills, and social skills. It is essential that they demonstrate professionalism, a respect for confidentiality and a commitment to the agency's mission. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide 1:1 intervention using ABA principles. 2. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA. 3. Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan. 4.
