At Upstate Caring Partners, we’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate professionals to support children and adults with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)—and to grow with us.


As an RBT Level 2, you’ll be a trusted clinical teammate under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll provide high-quality, direct ABA services, coach and support fellow staff, contribute to assessments and behavior plans, and help create positive, supportive environments where people can thrive. This is a hands-on role where every day brings the chance to make a meaningful difference—while you continue building your ABA career.
