Job Description About the Job Brighter Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! We provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and we are looking for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact. As an RBT with us, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop functional skills, improve communication, and reduce challenging behaviors through individualized treatment plans.
