The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), under the general direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), will implement treatment plans for children with autism and other related disorders. They will maintain regular communication with their supervising BCBA and team. The job description outlines essential functions but is not exhaustive and may change at the discretion of Mercy Kids Autism Therapy Services and Mercy Kids Autism Center. Position Details: This Position is Located at Mercy Mid Rivers Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech and hearing services, child and human development, or related field.
