Job Description Job Description Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) Join EBC – Center & In-Home ABA (Afternoons 3:00–6:00 PM) Do you love hanging out with kids, playing games, and turning little moments into big wins? Education Behavior Consultants (EBC) is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to work in our ABA center and in-home programs right here in the Valley. We’re deeply rooted in the Central Valley and dedicated to the kids, families, and communities who live in it. This isn’t just where we work – it’s home. We support autistic and neurodivergent children and teens with: Communication and language skills Play and social interaction Daily living and independence Emotional regulation and coping skills Our culture is: Family-first – we support each other, check in, and celebrate together Growth-focused – we train, coach, and give you tools to get better and better Positive and fun – we work hard, we laugh a lot, and we genuinely enjoy what we do Valley proud – we are committed to serving our community with integrity and heart What You’ll Do: As an RBT/BT with EBC, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in our clinic and in clients’ homes Run goals focused on communication, play, social skills, and independence Follow behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA Use positive reinforcement and structured play to teach new skills Support kids through challenging moments using calm, consistent strategies Collect data during sessions so we can track progress Communicate with your supervising BCBA and center team so everyone stays aligned This is an active, on-your-feet job. You’ll be playing on the floor, moving around the center, and engaging with kids constantly. Schedule & Availability: We are currently hiring specifically for center in-home roles , with a strong need for afternoon coverage : Most needed: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00–6:00 PM Some positions may also include limited morning or mid-day hours, depending on client need and your availability You must be comfortable working in our center and in client homes (local travel within the Valley) If you love the after-school time slot and want consistent afternoon hours, this role is a great fit. Who You Are: You don’t need to know ABA yet – we will train you.
