Behavior Technician (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
Setting: Elementary school (K–1st grade), 1:1 student support
Position Overview
The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct 1:1 support to kindergarten and first‑grade students within the school environment. This role focuses on implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote communication, social skills, independence, and positive behavior. The BT collaborates closely with the supervising clinical team, school staff, and families to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
