Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Blossoms ABA - $20 - $27 an hour based on experience and certification

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities: 

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 

  • Collect data on client progress and behaviors during therapy sessions 

  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans 

  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) 

  • Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
