Job Description

We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join an Outstanding-rated domiciliary care provider supporting a well-established and high-performing franchise service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking for a genuine work–life balance, strong operational support, and long-term career development.

The service delivers approximately 1,500 hours of care per week, including live-in care, and supports private clients only. This is a non-delivery role – no care calls are required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager with the operational management of the service

  • Assist with compliance, audits, and maintaining Outstanding standards

  • Support staff management, supervision, and retention

  • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement

  • Participate in the on-call rota (approximately 1 in 6)
