Registered Dietitian

Overview

The dietitian is accountable and responsible for the provision of nutritional care to hospital and its affiliates’ patients as established by the College of Dietitians of Ontario and the standards of nutritional care of the hospital. You will be given the opportunity to provide excellent care in an interdisciplinary team setting. Area of Primary Responsibility will be providing nutrition care in the intensive care unit and thoracic surgery and responsibilities of assisting with other inpatient unit coverage as required. The Dietitian provides care to patients of the hospital and its affiliates given the staffing model with Kew Beach. All Dietitians are expected to act as clinical preceptors for Dietitian students & support staff onboarding/orientation. This role will include weekend rotations as required.
