Registered Manager

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Salary: Up to £45,000

Bonus: 21 % Annual Bonus

Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 8 bed ABI home. The service is currently CQC Good, however was audited by Fulcrum and received an Outstanding.

The team at Willow Lodge are supported by our Clinical team, made up of RGN's and RNLD's, along side support from our PBS team.

We are looking for a Manager who is:

  • Experienced as a Registered Manager within Residential care
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Brain Injuries, Mental Health
  • Demonstrates positive values
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
