Registered Manager

Care Outlook is an expanding, leading home care provider in London and the South East of England since 2005.

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead our small team at the Extra Care Scheme, Arthur Bliss. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the scheme and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Registered Manager:

• Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way
• Deliver services effectively and efficiently, and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met
