Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care Home (Ofsted / EBD / Level 5)
Location: Hull, East Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (subject to Ofsted registration)
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday with on-call rota
Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential care home supporting up to 3 children aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
This is a start-up children’s residential care opportunity, offering involvement in the Ofsted registration process from the outset. All policies and procedures for the children’s home are already professionally written, allowing the Registered Manager to focus on leadership, safeguarding, compliance, and quality care.
This role is suitable for an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in children’s residential care ready to step up.
