Care Quality & Compliance

• Ensure efficient assessment of service user needs and delivery of person-centred care.

• Promote dignity, independence, and privacy for all service users.

• Implement and maintain the CQC domains framework and hold CQC registration for the branch.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards.

Training & Workforce Development

• Support the development of branch staff and carers.
