Role Description

This is a part time role for a Registered Massage Therapist located in North York. The Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic massage to clients, charting, and maintaining cleanliness of the treatment room. You will have access to the gym floor and are encouraged to take clients onto the floor for therapeutic exercise as is appropriate for their treatment. Candidates with Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology, Strength and Conditioning, or Personal training background or qualification are encouraged to apply as there is potential for a dual role.

Qualifications

  • Registered Massage Therapist in good standing
  • Excellent knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics
  • Understanding of exercise physiology, physiology of menopause is an asset.
  • A background in Athletic Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, or Personal Training is an asset.
