A nationally active solar restoration and emergency response specialist is urgently seeking a Registered Master Electrician licensed in the State of Hawaii to support active and upcoming solar restoration projects. This is a mission-critical role for a senior electrician who thrives in fast-moving field environments and takes pride in precision, safety, and technical excellence.

You will play a key role in restoring, repairing, and optimizing commercial and distributed solar PV systems, supporting resilient energy infrastructure where it matters most.

The Role

  • Perform and oversee electrical work on commercial and distributed solar PV systems
  • Diagnose, repair, and restore complex electrical issues within solar installations
  • Ensure all work complies with Hawaii state regulations, NEC standards, and strict safety protocols
  • Provide on-site technical leadership and guidance
  • Support rapid-response restoration and repair calls as required
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship under tight timelines and dynamic conditions
