Join a dynamic, obstetrician-led Maternity Unit delivering high-quality, woman-centred care in a supportive and collaborative environment, we currently have permanent part-time and casual opportunities for experiences Midwives.

Our midwives provide all aspects of pregnancy, birth and postnatal care in our antenatal clinics and services, on our maternity wards, birth suites and in our special care nurseries.

About our Maternity Unit

  • Modern 6‑bed Birthing Suite designed for safe, calm and personalised birthing experiences

  • 6‑cot Level 3 Special Care Nursery (SCN) providing specialised care for unwell or premature babies

  • 22‑bed antenatal/postnatal ward, plus onsite CTG service, antenatal clinics and lactation support

  • K2 Guardian Fetal Monitoring System for continuous, real‑time fetal surveillance and enhanced clinical decision-making
