Registered Nurse - Assisted Living withbenefits $50-$60/hr

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical support teams to address patient needs and track outcomes
  • Take ownership of assigned patients within a primary nursing model
  • Engage in care planning, fostering patient autonomy and choice
  • Accurately document care in the electronic medical record
  • Mentor and coach staff, including PCA

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in MA.
  • 1 year of RN experience
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
