Job Description
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date healthcare records and clinical reports
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions
- Prescribe and support the use of assistive medical devices and related treatment procedures
- Record patient vital signs and document medical and nursing information accurately
- Order and coordinate required medical diagnostic and clinical tests
- Monitor, observe, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient condition
- Administer non-intravenous medications in accordance with medical guidelines
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
- Modify patient treatment and nursing care plans based on patient condition and response to care
