Support and mentor new nurses and students, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Fulfill Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator duties as assigned, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
