CentraCare invites passionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will work in various units across the hospital. This variety helps you gain a wide range of clinical experiences and skills while offering a rewarding career with opportunities for professional growth, flexibility, and the chance to make a significant impact across various patient care settings. 

Schedule

  • Full-time | 60 or 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
  • Night shift | 12-hr shifts | 7pm-7:30am 
  • Every third weekend | Holidays per unit policy

  • Pay based on experience and degreeAssociate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hourBachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hourMaster’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hourPay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour
