Qualifications and Skills

  • A valid DHA certification (Mandatory skill) is required to be considered for this position.
  • Comprehensive patient care coordination skills are essential for effective management of patient treatment plans.
  • Experience in managing Electronic Health Records (EHR) to ensure accurate and updated patient information.
  • Proficiency in medication administration, with attention to detail and an understanding of drug interactions and dosages.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) to respond swiftly and appropriately to emergency situations.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) skills for managing severe cardiac and respiratory emergencies.
  • Expertise in wound care management including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of healing progress.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and triage to prioritize care needs and enhance patient outcomes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute patient care plans by coordinating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive education and care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Administer medications effectively, while monitoring patients for reactions and progress.
  • Provide prompt and effective response in emergency situations with use of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) skills.
  • Perform wound assessments and apply appropriate treatments to promote healing and prevent infection.
  • Conduct initial patient assessments to determine care priorities and guide further actions.
  • Collaborate effectively with medical staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient care.
  • Participate in healthcare team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.
