Veterans Engineering is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in various settings. Responsibilities



  • Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments Develop, update, and implement patient/resident care plans

  • Administer medications (oral, IV, blood products) using BCMA with 100% accuracy

  • Initiate and manage peripheral, central, and PICC lines

  • Provide ventilator care, tracheostomy care, and suctioning (oral, NG, trach, deep suction)

  • Perform wound care (sterile and non-sterile) and obtain cultures

  • Conduct pain assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, pulse oximetry, and vital signs
