Registered Nurse - Infusion Services

Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Outpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: Cancer Center Infusion FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $33.61 - $52.10/hour. Pay is based on applicant's relevant experience. Summary: As a Registered Nurse in the Infusion Services department, you will provide exceptional care to patients in an outpatient infusion and apheresis setting. You will apply the nursing process, adhere to professional standards, and align with the mission and values of our organization. Responsibilities: Develop and implement patient care plans focused on optimizing outcomes in infusion services. Continuously monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams. Assess the educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored education based on their unique circumstances. Delegate appropriate tasks to support staff and mentor new nurses through the onboarding process. This role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required before start date, with the certification valid for at least 60 days post-hire.
