We are hiring a Registered Nurse-RGN,RNID,RSCN,RM ,for Homecare Service in Louth, Ireland. Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available/Day&Night Shift As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, providing clinical support, and ensuring the health and well-being of our clients in their own homes. Your expertise and commitment will make a meaningful difference to those who depend on our services. Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients in their own homes in line with NMBI standards and organisational policies. Carry out comprehensive nursing assessments, develop, implement, and review individualised care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, maintaining appropriate documentation. Provide clinical support and guidance to care staff, ensuring best practice at all times. Monitor clients physical, emotional, and social well-being and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Liaise effectively with GPs, public health nurses, multidisciplinary teams, clients, and families to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records using appropriate IT systems. Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, infection prevention and control policies, and health and safety guidelines. Participate in ongoing professional development and mandatory training to maintain clinical competence. Act as an advocate for clients, promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life Requirements Be a Registered Nurse on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Have at least 6 months relevant post-registration nursing experience. Exhibit a caring, respectful, and compassionate approach to care provision for clients and their families.
