Registered Nurse – **Cardiac Care / Cardiac Telemetry**
Registered Nurse – **Operating Room (OR RN)**
Registered Nurse – **Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg)**
Registered Nurse – **Cardiac Telemetry / Step-Down**

**Role Overview**

As an RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. These opportunities support a wide range of patient populations, from post-surgical and monitored cardiac patients to general medical-surgical and perioperative care.

**General Responsibilities**

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, standards of practice, and patient needs

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond appropriately

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and effectively

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families

Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning

Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record

Maintain patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance

**General Qualifications**

Active **Registered Nurse (RN)** license (Missouri or compact state)

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)

Minimum **1 year of acute care RN experience**
_(Some specialties require recent or specialty-specific experience)_

**Certifications:**

Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required or obtained within designated timeframe for applicable units

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

**Pay Details:** $31.00 to $48.00 per hour
