- Review and confirm customer identification and required documents before medical evaluations.
- Input and update patient information accurately within the clinic’s electronic system.
- Observe, measure, and document vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate.
- Provide compassionate and professional nursing support to patients throughout their visit.
- Uphold clinical protocols, safety regulations, and quality‑care guidelines to maintain a compliant and safe environment.
