An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join the Medical Oncology Team at a private hospital in Sydney. This is a permanent full-time position. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be supporting a 28-bed Oncology Ward. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the hospital. REQUIREMENTSCurrent registration with AHPRA;
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an acute health care setting;
Recent experience in a medical/oncology ward;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required;
Ability to work a rotating roster.
