Teaching Facility: Yes Teaching Hospital Experience: Strongly preferred Trauma Level: Level I Prior Travel Experience: REQUIRED Licensure/Certification: RN Other: CPHON desirable; APHON Chemo/Bio required Required Job Qualifications: APHON Chemo/Bio certification, Pediatric hematology/oncology/bone marrow transplant experience required in all three specialties Required Certifications: APHON Chemo/Bio Preferred Qualifications: CPHON Certification, BMT Certification Minimum Clinical Experience: years as a Pediatric RN Specialty Experience Required: Minimum of years RN experience in Hematology, Oncology, and/or BMT; Must have experience with ports and central line access/care Certifications Required: BLS (AHA and ARC) and Chemo Certification (APHON),BMT Certification Comments: Requirement to work at least of winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) No RTO approved within the first two weeks of assignment Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed.
