Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Oversee the daily operations of the Telemetry Department, ensuring patient care aligns with the highest clinical and safety standards. Lead, mentor, and develop the telemetry nursing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient telemetry services, implementing quality improvement measures as needed. Collaborate with physicians, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress within the electronic health record (EHR). Candidate requirements Current RN licensure in Florida. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required. 3 - 5 years of experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telemetry equipment. Why work with us?
