Compensation $100 per Hospital at Home visit (average 70 minutes) $55 - $65 per hour for traditional home health visits (wound care, ostomy care, etc.) Flexible Schedule Choose when you work: weekdays or weekends—let us know what works best for you! What We’re Looking For: * Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas * 1+ year of acute hospital experience (required for Hospital at Home visits) * Expertise in vascular access: blood draws, IV starts, venipuncture lab draws * Strong wound care skills (preferred) * Experience with port care is a plus * Ability to work independently, using your clinical judgment to provide top-tier patient care * Reliable transportation and auto insurance * Ability to pass state and federal background checks * Current CPR/BLS certification * Recent TB test or chest X-ray (within the last year) Perks & Benefits * Flexible Scheduling * Autonomous, Rewarding Work – Care for one patient at a time and develop deep, lasting relationships with those you help. * Competitive Pay with performance-based incentives * On-the-Go Nursing – Travel and work in different patient homes across the community.
