Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota

Key Responsibilities


  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans while administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs in compliance with physicians' orders.
  • Supervise LPNs/CNAs (for RNs), document care accurately per state/federal regulations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy and social services.
