Responsibilities

• Conduct remote clinical assessments , triage, and consultations via phone or digital platforms
• Review patient health information, symptoms, and care plans for clinical accuracy and safety
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, preventive care, and wellness
• Support and guide health coaches, community health coordinators, and other non-registered staff
• Escalate medical concerns appropriately and coordinate with physicians or external providers as needed
• Ensure proper clinical documentation in line with company protocols and local regulations
