Shift: Full-Time | 7:00am-3:00pm

Your Responsibilities
Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
Oversee clinical operations and uphold facility standards and compliance
Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion
Your Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of North Carolina
Previous Nurse Supervisor experience required
LTC/SNF experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
