  • RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home

  • Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)

  • Private duty = one client for the whole shift

  • Private duty nursing is not 'visits'; nurses commute to only one client home per shift

    • Qualifications for A Private Duty RN :

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma 

  • A current nursing license in good standing in the state

    • Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay range: $40-$45 hourly based on experience and skills

  • Flexible scheduling with no minimums (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN)
