InGenesis is currently seeking Registered Nurses to work with our client in Savannah, Georgia. In this role, you will perform comprehensive behavioral health nursing services to hospital patients.

Job Duties:
Vital sign screeningsUrgent care assessments and treatment.Provide Nursing Assessment at admission - perform initial assessment, health history, nursing assessment, risk assessment, routine laboratory studies as indicated or directed on every patient within two (2) hours of patient’s arrival.Conduct routine physical examinations upon patients’ entry to the Department hospital site.Dispense (including sub-cutaneous) injections and monitor medications per Doctors orders.Monitor Consumer vitals.Document and record in Patients record all nursing related encounters....
