Exciting opportunities are available for talented Registered Nurses specialising in Orthopaedics, Urology, and Colorectal to join the Perioperative Team at a private hospital in Brisbane. There are permanent part-time openings. ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing instrumentation and consumables for surgical procedures;

  • Ensuring smooth and efficient operating theatre lists;

  • Delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients throughout their surgical journey;

  • Collaborating closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the Theatre Team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Current AHPRA registration;

  • Minimum 3 years' post-graduate nursing experience in theatre preferred;

  • Experience in Scrub/Scout;

  • Strong assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation skills;
