Registered Nurse Supervisor – Relocation to Fort Benton, MT

A fantastic hospital outside of Fort Benton, Montana is seeking a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse Supervisor with openings in their Med/Surg department to join their amazing team and be part of a staff dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare!

Up to $20,000 retention bonus

Up to $7,000 relocation assistance

Pay: $35.00- $52.00/hour 

Registered Nurse Supervisor Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  


• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8s per week, day shift 
  


• Retention bonus and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement included with this Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor position 
  

Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Participation in the ongoing assessment and evaluation of the quality of patient care services, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve outcomes, and support a patient-first philosophy
  


• Address patient and family complaints, resolve staff disputes, and fostering effective communication between staff, physicians, and administration
  


• Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
  

• Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or must be eligible to obtain prior to start 
  


• Minimum of three years’ experience as an RN in a hospital setting 
  


• Recent med/Surg experience preferred 
  


• Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
