We are looking for experienced Scrub Scout and Recovery Nurses to join a modern private hospital on the Gold Coast. This permanent opportunity offers excellent flexibility, with the option to work full-time or part-time and a start date that can be adjusted to suit your availability. You will be part of a large, supportive perioperative team within a 16-theatre department that provides exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties.

About the Role
This role offers Monday to Friday AM/PM shifts, with occasional Saturdays and no night duty. Shift lengths vary between 6, 8, or 10 hours depending on operational needs. You will work across diverse surgical lists— Neuro, Spinal, Orthopaedics, or major ENT being highly advantageous.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1+ year experience as a Scrub Scout or Recovery Nurse
• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Full working rights in Australia
• Strong perioperative competency and confidence across multiple specialties
• Experience in neuro, spinal, ortho, or ENT is highly valued
