Registered Nurse

We have an opportunity for a Permanent Part Time Registered Nurse to join our aged care team at Kilpatrick Court in Toronto.

Afternoon Shifts each fortnight:

Week 2

Part Time 16 hours

You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person‑centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
