Edmonton Zone Continuing Care provides services through five main program areas: Home Living, Supportive Living, Facility Living, Transition Services and Palliative Care. We are looking for a Registered Nurse Weekend Coordinator to join our Home Living team to provide professional support services in the homes of clients of all ages and stages of life. Please note that the primary location will be based out of St. Albert and will be required to assist at other sites in the Edmonton Zone. This position requires an 11.08 hours’ shift every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
