Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN)



Passed the NCLEX-RN (or PRC board exam in the Philippines)



Active RN license



Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS



Skilled in patient care, medication administration, and clinical procedures



Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
