  • Review and verify medication-related inquiries while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and healthcare guidelines
  • Educate members and healthcare providers on drug coverage, prior authorizations, and formulary alternatives
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain records in accordance with HIPAA and company standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
