We are currently seeking a 1 FTE Registered Practical Nurse, as a valuable member of the Community Health Centres' team who will be an effective, collaborative member of NorWest CHC providing clinical services to clients who face barriers to accessing care (under housed, living with mental health challenges or diagnoses, current or past substance use, complex health histories, 2SLGBTQIA+, newcomers, non-insured).This is a mobile outreach position that will provide clinical care, illness prevention and health promotion in social housing units and other designated areas while collaborating with external partners.
