Status: Permanent, Part-Time and Casual Opportunities Available
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 24/7 care environment

We’re proud to share that Journey Home Hospice Windsor is growing, evolving from a successful pilot launched in 2022 into a permanent program providing high-quality, compassionate, and trauma-informed end-of-life care to people who are structurally vulnerable in the Windsor-Essex community.
