Job Description Job Description Job Description The technician must be knowledgeable about common sleep disorders and treatment options such a PAP therapy for OSA. Willing to learn new procedures utilized by the facility that enhances the sleep testing process. Perform day/overnight polysomnograms, MSLT, CPAP, and oxygen titration in accordance with company protocol. Data tabulation and interpretation: Score sleep/wake and clinical events in accordance with AASM scoring guidelines. Independently troubleshoot minor problems or adjustments throughout the study to ensure an accurate and readable recording. Collect and/or review pertinent medical history and medications to perform the appropriate study requested by a clinician. Assist with assigned projects to improve department processes, testing, and quality.
