Job Description
The role is responsible for providing front‑desk and administrative support in a healthcare setting. Key duties include checking in and registering patients, accurately entering patient demographic information, and verifying patient or visitor identity using required documentation and photo ID. The individual will explain and collect consent forms, prepare and distribute admissions paperwork, verify insurance coverage, and determine payment options, including out‑of‑pocket payments or financial assistance. Additional responsibilities include answering and directing incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
