The Court Registry Agent is responsible for supporting clients with their supreme court filings and court searches. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage filings efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture while ensuring accurate and timely court submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, coordinate, and prepare legal documents to ensure they meet court filing requirements
- File documents at court registries, both electronically and in person
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Support clients with document searches and registration requests
