**Project description**:
Scrum Team for commercial vehicle projects.
**Responsibilities**:
To guide automotive project teams as Scrum Master, implementing SAFe framework.
**Skills**:
Must have
Experience with Scrum roles, events, artifacts and values.
Ability to coach teams under Agile methodology.
Strong knowledge of SAFe framework, including roles like Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Experience on participating and supporting PI Planning sessions.
Nice to have
Connected mobility knowledge.
Automotive embedded software knowledge.
Previous experience with automotive engineering at OEMs or Tiers1.
